SUPPLIER DECLARATIONS

ERG Africa's supplier declaration and acknowledgment process enables its existing suppliers to review and acknowledge its policies, acknowledge and sign its General Terms and Conditions, and submit all applicable supporting documents.

ERG Africa is committed to conducting its activities in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and the highest ethical standards of business conduct.

All existing and new service providers must complete the declaration process.
This includes:

  • Acknowledging and signing ERG Africa's General Terms and Conditions

  • Reviewing and accepting the ERG Supplier Code of Conduct

  • Providing the necessary compliance and registration documents
